CHARLOTTE'S COLUMBINE
The Columbine, bred from the Cream
Crested Legbar is still being developed as a commercial blue
egg laying hybrid. A proportion
are crested and comb size varies. It is a VERY active bird
and thrives on free range, consuming large amounts of vegetation.
A good sized
bird, with 80% laying a blue/green, medium to large
egg, the remainder lay a range of pastel shades.

CHARLOTTE'S AMBER
Rhode Island White based hybrid
brown egg layer. Its ability to maintain egg colour, shell
quality and remain docile on organic rations have made this
bird hugely successful. This is a hardy docile bird which
makes an attractive addition to any flock. We are also
noticing that we only get in a few with brown flecks the others
all seem to be plain cream.
