Wednesday 7th December
in the multi Storey Car Park.
The market will start
at 5 o’clock and the Ashford
Rotary Club Christmas Carols will take place in the fore
court of Brooklands/Ashford Campus College which is opposite the
multi storey car park at 6 o’clock.
There will be plenty to
see and enjoy with mulled wine and hot refreshments plus fairground
rides and raffles. Father Christmas will be visiting the market
with his sack full of gifts. Come and join the fun and sing your
way into Christmas with the Mayor of Spelthorne and the Salvation
Army Band leading the carols organised as usual by the Rotary
Club of Ashford. Warm your singing voice on the mulled wine and
mince pies and join with fellow members of the community just
having fun.
Entrance
to the market is free and the Market will be on the lower ground
floor of the multi storey car park in Church Road, with more stalls
outside in front of the banks in Church Road. The
event starts at 5 o’clock with Father Christmas arriving, reindeers
allowing, around 6 o’clock onwards. Many interesting stalls
will be available to enable you to start your Christmas shopping
and pick up that very unusual gift. Do come along and enjoy the
evening and don’t miss your chance to meet old and new friends
whilst experiencing the vibrant festive atmosphere.
