What is the Ashford on the Map?
For 6 years, Ashford on the Map is a family event, attracting thousands of people. Held on the grounds of Ashford College (Click for map here), the Fair incorporates spectacular arena displays, fairground rides, stalls, competitions

When is the Fair?
The Fair is held on the First Sunday in June. The next Fair is on Sunday 6th June 2010.

Who runs it - and why?
The Fair is organised by a volunteer Committee comprising around a half dozen people. Our primary aim is to produce a fun event for the enjoyment of the whole community. In the process, the Fair promotes local charities, organisations and businesses. For some charities, the Fair is their primary source of income for the year.

How is it funded?
Funding is partly by the fees charged to stallholders

What happens to any profits?
The Fair is organised as non-profit-making
